With the vision to diversify and provide superior products, Aramit Group of Companies has established a new industrial under taking named Aramit Footwear Limited (AFL) within the same premises. The technology used is very sophisticated of European origin.The prime objective of this project is to produce superior environment friendly shoes with order winner’s characteristics.The products will have all the comforts of leather and additionally will be more durable and colorful.It is perceived that such industrialization at the present state of the economy of the country will play a vital role of import substitution.Initially the project will produce 3500 pair shoes per day and the annual production will be around 1 million pair. Provision has been kept for doubling the capacity.

Virgin imported polymer resin is the main raw material. Predetermined quantities of other additives are added with the virgin resin are kneaded well and extruded. After extrusion the granules are cooled and stored for moulding of shoes by injection moulding machines. After moulding, curing and cooling, the shoes are packed. The process of kneading, extrusion, injection moulding is totally computerized. All raw materials are tested for physical and chemical properties on arrival. The laboratory is fully computerized. As a result of quality of the product is fully assured.
